This is good news indeed for anyone wishing to follow him.
I used to believe that Gods kingdom was static, that it was never changing, never growing but never shrinking...After much careful consideration and philosophical debate I came to the conclusion that it is not. And that muchly glorifies his subjugation of the adversary. For he risks his entire kingdom so that we may always be entered into it.
No one would ever be interested in great stories that have never been told. And I cant tell stories anyway when I believe they have no ending.
Some people call me crazy. Im not, some stories really have no ending, you just have to have faith that there is an ending someday, that you will never hear or be part of. And that all things happen for a reason.
I accept that.
And I hope you all do too.
But if not maybe someday you will.
And that makes me laugh.
Hey check out these magic cards(After all Im a GIANT NERD if Im anything),

Oh, Ho-dicker, you'll believe anything!
I'm kicking butt in the comments!
Have a super fantastic day WHOO-HOO!
:^D
canti! Yes you sure are!
I wont believe anything, for instance a zombie apocalypse sounds pretty far fetched to me.
And I dont really buy into the book of revelations, or the great flood, and the beginning of genesis is pretty far fetched, I think its supposed to be taken figuratively.
Hey are you the mysterious comment deleter btw?
you have a super fantastic day too.
:^)
I believe that all those things happened. The Bible is the word of God and by doubting the Bible aren't you therefore doubting God. Nothing is impossible with God. Those events that happened in the Bible explain a lot of things that are taking place now and that have taken place.
I am a follower of Jesus. Not the church that backs the bible, or any church for that matter. The whole point of Jesus is to bridge the gap between man and God. Do I believe the bible is 100% the word of God, no. Do I believe in the Gospels and the new testiment excepting the book of revelations YES.
Why dont I believe in the book of revelations? because its a dream. And as such is open to many many interpretations. It is not factual. There is no x+y=z , only a dream, and as such can always be interepted to define the times its read in.
I believe the end times started when Jesus died, I dont think the end times ever really end. The 12 apostles believed that Jesus was returning to them before they died. I cant say he didnt return to each one individually as they were getting killed, but I can say the world went on LONG LONG LONG after their deaths. Most christians want to believe that they will see the end of the world. But I think the very existance of Jesus negates the end world scenerios. Life goes on and I think it always will.
I know for a fact that I am alittle like Jesus, and I know for a fact that he lives in many peoples hearts and minds and has since he was crucified, in that way he already has had his 2nd coming.
Im not going to worry about or wish for the end of the world because Im into life, not death. Let it come when it comes. I hope I dont see it and If I do see it I hope its quick and painless. But I think Jesus has made a promise to save my children and my childrens children. How can the end come then?
wow, long comment.
Yeah, you should've stopped after "I am a follower of Jesus". The rest is redundant.
Stop trying to fight with me on Kat's blog. I'm not into it.
You started it. Just like your here talking smack now. Also Im not talking to you.
Nice to hear from you tho.
I knew you would come. Thats why I posted that Jerk video.
I see no reason to keep shitting up Kat's blog with your attention- begging antics. I see you on my site meter so have some balls and speak up there if you have something you need to say to me. Otherwise, fuck off.
PS I don't watch your videos. I learned that lesson some time back. Five year olds have more sophisticated taste.
I respect your beliefs, but God wouldn't have inspired the whole bible and kept it around as long as it has been around if he just meant for bits and pieces of it to be used the way people want it to be used.
Jesus went to church and worshipped on Saturday which is in the gospels. That never changed from Genesis to Revelations. There isn't one spot where God change the Sabbath from the Seventh to the first day of the week.
The end times will come when God wants the end times to come. And I agree with you that I think we are living in the end times right now.
The end times isn't about the end of man but about a new beginning with God for eternity.
I don't want or mean to argue with you, I just wanted to point out that God preserved the Bible through time and history and it should be considered as a whole. And it doesn't contradict itself.
Monstergirl,
I got nothing to say to you leslie. Except that your mean.
I see no reason to say that at your blog.
And havent you heard that saying
De gustibus no est disputatum. I think Ive told it to you before.
Ill comment at kathryns blog as much as I want, she has moderation turned on, she could not publish OUR snipish comments if she wants.
Chad,
you have a fine point. I was just reading today where Jesus was quoted talking about the great flood. So if its good enough for him I guess its good enough for me too.
:^)
PS Monstergirl, sorry for being stupid and having bad taste and generally not being nice to you.
I fail at being a good christian.
God forgive me.
But I do get curious to see what youre posting. I dont wanna leave mean and spiteful stuff at your blog tho. And I know that everytime we "talk" it just turns into a bunch of squabbling.
Have a good day! :^)
Aren't Magic cards used for Satanic rituals?
No butchie, thats just a game.
I always said you were funny.
So just YOU use them for Satanic rituals?
No dude, Im not down with rituals of any kind.
Im way too lazy.
I just use them for fun. And spiritual enlightenment because that should be found in all things.
:^)
Ok, just so I'm clear...you're a Christian but you're not down with rituals of any kind? Yeah, makes perfect sense.
Seriously, STFU until you get your story straight.
I don't care if you're really a moron or actually mentally ill, I despise everything you covet and I see no reason whatsoever for us to communicate.
If you leave one more inane sermon on my blog I will verbally rip you apart so you know what "mean" actually looks like.
I got a good view from here actually.
LOL
Thanks tho. Really.
I cant believe IM the one whos crazy here.
You tell me to comment at your blog, then you tell me not to.
And then you tell me to get MY story straight?
SHEESH!
Why do we have to play these psychological games on the internet leslie? In some weirdo way you ARE my friend. Not any way Ill ever understand, but somehow.
and while we talking about our psychological shortcommings have you ever heard of borderline personality disorder?
The only requirement for being a christian is believing in christ. And he fixes everything else.
Why the heck(No Im not mormon) are you so angry when I tell you thank you?
Like it or not, we seem to be stuck with each other at least on the internet so lets make the best of it.
You dont want me to email you anymore, fine, I dont, you still email me.
You dont want me to comment at your blog, fine, you are still welcome to leave comments here if you like.
I look forward to them.
And thats not some weirdo reverse psychology either. You can try and kick my dog as much as you want. Hopefully you wont be too mean.
:^)
Comments are comments tho. I even like the ones from cantopenner.
LOL
I would fix my typo but I wouldnt want you to think I responded with some knee jerk reaction of meanness.
Seriously I just laugh at my anger now. Its all very "high level coping"
Back on topic, even the Roman Catholics don't take the Bible literally.

Im not really down with that.
In fact my experiences with them have been negative. I wouldnt put much stock in what they say/do.
